Dr. Matthew Hamilton, DC, CCWP
Dr. Matthew Hamilton received his undergraduate training at Baldwin-Wallace College followed by his professional training at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he graduated in 2005 with a BS in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. His mission is to help people achieve optimal health and then maintain that level of wellness. Dr. Matt incorporated sEMG, thermography, HRV, specific sport injury work, spinal decompression, structural rehabilitation, and light therapy into the practice. All of which are cutting edge technologies. He has delivered thousands of adjustments to help people learn how to have health by a natural means.
He has been successful in helping people with symptoms of headaches, migraines, ear infections, allergies, back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, sciatica, etc. He treats patients from days old to the young at heart, athletes, men and women. He has begun to donate time to the Medina athletes and is a huge supporter of the youth programs in Medina. Dr. Matt is married to Rae and lives with their sons, Owen James, Liam Matthew, Aiden Gabriel, Gavin Charles and their other ‘kid’ Laka. Matt is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Integrity Management, International Referral Network, and Ohio State Chiropractic Association. He enjoys golfing, traveling, sports, and family time.
Rae is our Clinic Director. She has overseen the practice since opening. Rae ensures that all functions of the practice are aligned and function properly, manages the billing, marketing, and wellness consulting. Rae graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in 2003 with a degree in Business Management and Marketing. She strives to make sure each patient gets the best customer services possible and feels at home. She is glad to speak to anyone who has questions or concerns. She appreciates every one of you!
Rae is passionate about empowering patients to be well. She, like many of you, had no idea what chiropractic was and how your body is able to handle almost any condition innately thru spinal adjustments, massage, and nutrition. Chiropractic has helped with her allergies, cervical curve and alignment issues. Rae has learned a lot from her loving husband, Dr. Matt. They met in co-ed basketball at Baldwin-Wallace. They have two children Owen James and Liam Matthew. They also have to BIG puppies Abe and Laka. Rae loves spending time with her family, shopping, and traveling.
Shelly joined the team in April 2008, working at the front desk and assisting Rae in the billing department, in 2011 she became the office manager.Chiropractic was very unfamiliar to her but working in an office that is always willing to teach, she has learned how important proper care of your spine is.Shelly and her family are all patients of Dr. Matt and are all experiencing great results!
Shelly lives in Medina with her husband Doug and five children: Robert, Rachael, Ethan, Brayden and Sofia. She enjoys being with her family and friends, and scrapbooking all the memories they make. Shelly enjoys meeting all the patients and making sure they have a great experience.
Sarah is the smiling face that greets you when you arrive at our office. She comes to us with two years of front desk experience. Sarah has an innate ability to make people feel comfortable and her enjoyment of working with people shines through everyday.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter Macy, fiance Tim and her family. Scapbooking, reading and shopping are just a few of the things that keep Sarah busy in her spare time.
